It's beginning to look alot like...

Christmas!!!

That's right folks, it is Christmas time in our household! We are so excited now that it's that season once again. Christmas is without a doubt my favorite time of the year. There are so many things to rejoice over at Christmas and all year round for that matter. The birth of our Savior...what an amazing thing. We have a few traditions in our family...we have adopted some from others, made our own and so on. We love to read the story of the birth of Christ, we make Christmas cookies, decorate the tree, go Christmas light looking, decorate stockings and such. On Christmas day, we have a birthday cake and sing "Happy Birthday" to Jesus. My boys are so little but I am super excited because Bryce understands birthdays now so he can sing along!
My husband and I had our neices and nephew over the other night to help us get in the Christmas spirit. Here are a few of our pictures. We baked cookies and decorated them (icing was all over their face), Bryce got to decorate his first Christmas cookie with Nina (pronounced, Ne-Nuh--that's what he calls my oldest niece. He calls the youngest one, Nana. LOL, he named them on his own!), we made hot chocolate, hung the lights outside and just enjoyed the chill in the air!!
We got Bryce a GIANT Mickey Mouse for the yard this year since he loves Mickey so much. He eagerly runs to the window in the mornings to see if Mickey is "still asleep." He looks somewhat puzzled when he sees his hero all deflated. It's hilarious..

Enjoy the pictures. I want to hear about everyone elses Christmas traditions! I like getting new ideas! Have a blessed day.

Seeing Mickey for the first time!!
Daddy did a good job!
